Using a speker terminal in a sealed box

Do these Speaker wiring terminals seal when installed? I dont know which way to go, if I should get one of these terminals or just drill a hole big enough to feed the wires through the box and try to seal around the wire? Any suggestions?

Any suggestions where to get that one? I was looking at the Metra at Crutchfield for $10

I would say dont get the screw ones. I had problems with my old box and the wires coming unscrewed. Unless you want to solder them into place - I would highly recommend stopping at Radio Shack and getting the spring loaded ones. They claim to leak on the reviews - but I wired mine up and just siliconed everything on the inside (literally filled it with silicone) and bam, airtight. Probably cost me about 9 bucks with the terminal and silicone.
