ok i still cannot figure out how to use one of these things...i put the + and - up to my amp and it just reads some off the wall numbers.....is there any place i can go to find out the instructions on how to use this thing its a : Mac Tools Em710 model

the ohms that i'm running my subs at...(i'm pretty sure it's 1 ohms, but just wanna check)....and i'd like to know the actual rms coming out of my amp
