ive got an 08 escape with he 4cyl that i like. i didnt wanan get the v6 cuz i wasnt worried about power just want to save gas and save money. we drove a 08 gc for a few days while our escape was getting fixed after getting backed into and rear ended in the same week and i didnt really like the gc. it had a bigger cargo area so that was a plus and a v6 so it had more power but your compared v6 vs v6. i just wish we had the chrome stock wheels and leather seats like the limited. we got the xlt btw.

In something that size, I think the v6 gets as good of gas mileage as the 4 cyl unless you're on a long-*** haul on the interstate.

Limited is the way to go, they're much nicer //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Id go for the Jeep.. Friend of mine had a 96 ( back in the day ) and beat the shit out of it daily, Held up great.. He then bought a 2008 GC and its a VERY nice vehicle .. If I were you I would base my decisions of repair costs and reliability, which there are 100s of reviews online for

I cant believe im the only guy thinking this....

but what you need to do is - get u some long *** speaker wire to hook up to your bass amp

and park next to the viechle you wish to buy

toss your sub box in the back - and hook it up to the amp in your current car

play bass music loudly

take notes on the following :

winshield flex

roof flex

rattles - this could be costly to fix in sound deadning.

then

keep the box back there - but un hook your speaker wires and properly lock up your current viechle.

toss 300 pounds worth of weight lifting weights in the back to make up a fake battery bank's weight

and then go drive around. take note of how the viechle handles / accelerates / stops

do this for both viechles.

compair the statistics

only then can you make an educated decision on what to buy

Why in the blue fukin' hell would you need to take note of roof & windshield flex? Or do pretty much any of that other shit you mentioned?
