Everyone backed out when the price rose due to interest and when the high bidder decided they could not pay. I again let everyone know and no one was interested anymore...so I figured I would put it out there in advance that if there is again multiple interest the higher offer wins. I apologize if it appears that I am auctioning off the components. I just wanted to try and make it fair.
