Used Amp Opinion

So this weekend im going to install a Kicker C10 Sub in my GF little kia sephia. IM planning on building the box and doing all the install then.

Well my friend has an extra amp and i was wondering if i should give this a try or get something else.

So he is willing to sell me a Pioneer GM-X332 (for $50), i was planning on using this to push the sub.

This is where i need some expert opinion, should i get something else or give this little amp a try. The deck she has in the car is a Pioneer DEH-P2900MP.

Or should i just use this amp to power the rear speakers??

i know nothing about that sub, or amp...but the amps like 100 watts, if that.

Well the sub is rate at 300 watts(150RMS). The amp to me when looking online seems low to.

if the subs 150 rms that amp should work fine....bridged
