US Amps MD-1D Real Output

What are these amps putting out RMS @ 1ohm for real? They're fused at 90A (30x3) and claim 1200RMS @ 1ohm. I personally would like to know their true benched ratings at different voltages. Can anyone help me out here?

It should do close to rated power.

90a X 75% X 14.4v = 972 watts

I went 75% efficiency because most class d amps are close to 75% efficient at a 1 ohm load. Also a fuse can blow above 90a if the current flows through it for a fraction of a second, so it might do a little bit more than 972 watts before it will pop those fuses or if its a bit better than 75% efficient at 1 ohm. Sorry I do not have a bench test result, I just did a estimation of it's out put power but the fuse rating.

yea i was thinking when it said 1200 it was a little sketchy for that fuse rating....also i though us amp made legit stuff besides there HC line??? WTF

Off topic but I'm getting ready to move to Savannah,Georgia. That amp should do real close to rated power too.

i talked to a guy from us amps (USAMPFREAK) he said itd prolly give me 1000rms clean in there car and 1200 on a bench (he said because a bench is an IDEAL world...so is there tested ratings at 18v or somthing?)....aka thats B.S. US Amps needs to step it up. jesus dont rate it at 1200 if it outs out 1000???am i wrong?
