US amps MD-1D/MD-43

Does anyone know how much these go for used? They can be had for around $400 new so I assume $250-$300 used if you look around? Also are these amps underrated as much as old school US amps? They are rated for 1200w RMS at 1ohm So should I aspect 1300-1400w RMS at 1 ohm?

On a side note, how much do MD-43 go for? Iv seen them for $350 Ne so can they be had for $200-$250 used if you look around? And are these amps also underrated? They are rated at 75w RMS at 4 ohm, should I aspect 80-90w RMS at 4 ohm?

For both of those amps, how is the SQ compared to JL's, sundown and other brands? Any one who has used either of these amplifiers, I would like your feedback and tell me hoe you liked them. Thanks.

I currently run both of those amps. I wouldnt say they are underrated like the old school US Amps but they probably put out like 10-15 extra watts. They perform awesomely and look great doing it. Buying from an authorized dealer will normally cost in the $400-$450 area each. Theres good SQ no noise floor or anything.
