US Acoustics USX4065 Amp

HEy guys I've been shopping for a 4 channel amp for my speakers for quite some time now. I have stumbled upon this amp and I am wondering whether it would be the best for me. If anyone has any imput about this amp other than just the specs (that I dont really understand) it would be greatly appreciated.

By the way Ive already got a 300 rms amp for my subs, If i buy this amp will i need another wiring kit? my cd deck has 2 pre outs but will my car be able to handle 2 amps? do i need a capacitor or perhaps another battery? any advice would be great

us acoustics amps cant be beaten for the money, but get a usb series amp, not the usx series.... with the usb series, they fixed the static warm-up problems that the usx's had... and for a couple more bucks, go for the 4085...

i got my usb4085 for $190 shipped from crutchfield, the only place that you can buy it from online...

OK guys thanks for the input, but i got a few more things to add.

My CD player is the Pioneer 5500MP it has a pre out and a sub preout. I like it hooked up to the sub pre out because i can controll the volume of my subs from the reciever itself. Would I now install the amp differently from what you said? Would I now need more/less materials?

Secondly I cant get the usb one from crutchfield because I live in canada and they wont ship to canada... So there is no where else to get the USB model shipped to canada?????
