GM owns opel. Did you try to look into whether or not a gm quick connect harness will work on it at all? SOunds to me like you just started cutting wires & have a crappy connection at either the 12v or the ground.

fyi a corsa is the same car as the saturn astra

d_man thanks alot your the only cool until you made the savor comment, right i ust to have a account on here forgot the username made anew one on the other one i asked for help what did i get fek all, i asked can anyone help me with my radio its not staying on, after i turn it on it turns off so i thought if i post urgent as i was going on a 5hour trip which ended up being really boring as all i had to listen to was the noise ofmy car wow ALSO if i was a savior i wouldnt be asking anyone questions about my radio huh???

yo ask a question and be pacient man! but for real did u check all the wires! check them over and over! if they are good it would obviously be the head unit.

it's doing that because the person that installed it is a complete fucking idiot. should have let someone else install it if you weren't competent enough to color match wires and properly install crimps.

My girlfreinds dad works for GM and he said he has no idea. All the wires are still standard i havn't touched a thing in the car to do with wires. But i have realised that the connection for the car and radio arnt clipping together, what do you think i need a different ISO connector or need to put a bit of effort into clipping it in.

All help appreciated.
