Urgent Help Needed Please

today when i went to a site some words where underlined and lit up in green i thought it was a virus so i did a system restore, then after i did that and signed back online if i hit the button on my keyboard that says internet my arrow and keyboard would freeze, but if i click the firefox icon it works but only for a minute to 10 minutes then it would freeze. i went far back has 3 weeks for system restore and back to the same day but i keep having this problem..its so annoying can anyone lend some advice or know how to fix this please?

Those underlined green words were probably just from some advertising software which recognizes words and then provides a picture and link when you hover over it with your mouse ...
As for how to fix your self-imposed problem, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling firefox, repairing windows, or reformatting ...

i uninstalled firefox then soon has i went to install it, it frooze on me again..reformatting is gona be my last resort..so if you dont mind me asking how do you go about repairing windows?
