Ups tracking help!!!!

I recently purchased a amp from a guy on caco....my question is how long does it take ups to update tracking info because he gave me a tracking number but it says no info is available and he supposedly shipped it yesterday?

nothing will be updated until the amp is received at a ups hub station , if he sent it out yesterday like he said ,it should have been updated last night ,sounds like its not been sent to ups yet

So they give you a tracking number b4 they receive the product

only if he has a ups account can he get that done ,but like i said when its picked up or dropped off at a ups store ,when the driver takes it back to the hub and they scan it ,it will be updated then ,now if he dropped it off at a ups store last night after the last pick up for the day ,they it would be updated today later this evening .if no update tonight ,then he either didn't ship it ,or he's trying to pull something .

hm... thats odd..... when i ship stuff UPS here it shows up quick. I mean like i drop it off there and can go outside to my car go online on my phone and it shows up tracking and says in campbellsville ky...

Maybe he missed/entered a number or letter. Quite possible when dealing with that many numbers/letters.

He said he dropped it off tuesday and ups had to build a box for it so he sent me a tracking number yesterday.....he is at work right now he said he was going to resend the tracking number

if he did it would say the number is invalid ,it says no info, which means a label was made ,but the item is not in ups hands as of yet.

it's not like usps where they don't update the tracking for ****....ups is anytime they scan it, it updates

Maybe he missed the cutoff yesterday, so it may not update until about 6pm (shippers local time). Hope all goes well.

Sometimes, the UPS store makes mistakes. He should have gotten a receipt, unless he created the shipment online.

Caco, has a translation in a different language that may not favor your trust. Just saying ;-)
