UPS does it again, wow

But a good crate should not fail, people need to understand it has to be able to move (yet still cushinged with FOAM!) and you must brace heavy motors. Dont mount it on a baffle inside unless the motor is reletively light.

Foam molds (what manny desicrbed) are actually the best. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif
well what manny said had me wondering, BUT assuming he meant what CAM described i'd have to agree, although i've never done it makes sense.

That is how you would make a foam mold at home. Double wrap the sub in trash bags, Put a trashbag in the box andm ake sure it fills up all walls.

Put a good 1"+ thick layre of foam in the bottom of the box then suspend the sub an inch or so above that and do it layre by layre (2" expanded at a time tops).

Once you get to jsut below the gasket of the sub and it is completely secured and sitting on its own, tear the top of the trashbags open and remove the sub..

You now have a foam mold. It is removable and not messy (completely covered in trashbags).

If you eat at a restruant, and the food sucks, service is terrible, and there's a fly in your soup, chances are you aren't going to eat at that restraunt agian. Time to look for a different shipping company.
