I am the seller. Please do not make assumptions about the packaging of the sub or the communication that I have had with the buyer. I feel terrible that this has happened. I still have every penny of the buyers money in my Paypal account, and we will work out the best possible solution to get this sub fixed.

Attempting to ruin someones name before they get a chance to make things right doesn't help anyones case. Thanks.
