UPS came today at 7:30 (don't they stop delivering at 7?) and honked for me to go out to the truck. Of course he made me lift the 65 lb 18" Fi BTL off the truck... but I didn't mind.
HOLY CRAP IT'S HUGE. It makes my 18" SX look like a midget! The crate was a ***** to unscrew, did it by hand.. my drill battery died.

Haha yeah, I own every one... just because no one down here in Florida has any so I always get looks.
The BTL hits the lows! My box is tuned to 30 hz, and I'm feelin' it! I want to get a video up really bad and comparing this to an 18" SX... I would never buy an SX again.

There is a place an hour and a half up north of me that owns a TermLab, and no local stores have a meter, except for one shop that owns an Audio Control, but they wanted $50 to get metered. Maybe I'll go get it metered on Monday (no school, holiday) up north... might have a battery in the back by then.

It will an accurate score from the TermLab and I will get to see just how much of an improvement a new amp (although it's only at 2 ohm right now) and a new sub will be.

i wouldnt waste my $50 if your electrical isnt up to par yet..use that $50 towards wires or whatever it is your missing..if you post you hit say 142 then you'll end up with 10 pages of people guessing what you will hit when your fully powered..
