Upgrading my system in the future

With a few months I plan on getting a new system from top to bottom. I'm currenty running 2 12" Rockford P1's with a 600 watt Cali. amp. It bumps, but I'm looking for a BIG improvement.

Here's what I have in mind so far,

You can use a mono amp for two subs...or three, or 4 ,or 5...etc

Before you buy anything, I suggest you hang around the forums and read up things, before you regret buying crap..Trust me:veryhapp:

Dude you can run as many subs on a mono amp as you want. You need to learn how to wire subs in series or parallel before you start buying shit you dont need.

You can run two subs off of a 1 channel amp.

whats your budget?

what music do you like to listen to?

if you like rock, get a nice set of components, or buy single 8'' midbass drivers and tweeters.

If you like rap, go for 12'' DC soundlab subs

matched with a sundown amp.

dc subs & sundown amps are underrated, and of very high quality.

Buy the highest level dc sub you can afford, or find one on the classifieds.

lvl 3 = about 200 ea.

lvl 4 = about 300 ea.

lvl 4 xl = about 400 ea

lvl 5 = about 600 each

I have a sundown saz1500 for sale, rated for 1500w rms @1ohm, newest model, stable down to .35 ohms, can be strapped to another saz1500 and is rated for 4500w rms @ 1 ohm.
