Upgrading from audiobahn to Image Dynamics

Ok last question I got it narrowed down to two types of subs:

The 2 Image Dynamics ID12 v.3 D4 Subwoofer

12" Dual 4 Ohms ID v.3 Series Cost:$192

OR

The 2 Infinity Reference 1252W Subwoofer

12" Dual 4 Ohms Cost:$162

I want something thats kinda loud but mostly just has good sq.

Which are better and which have the better value.

ID's have better SQ for sure. The savings for teh Infinities wouldn't be worth it to me.
