yeah isnt really anything near me like that, im in canada.. so ill be going over the border to sams lol, border is like 5 min drive from me to the rainbow bridge, ill be going tonight or in the morning and asking for the biggest agm battery that will fit in my 06 malibu 3.5l lol

with your amp 1500 from rockford with a bigger agm batt in the hood and that singer 275a alternator and jsut make sure you do your big three you might not need an extra battery until you upgrade to 3k

im pretty sure you have an volt meter right?

yeah i have the big 3 done already, ill be getting the battery tommorow morning, and my 275a alternator on tuesday, my electrical is running my system fine now, but i get a little voltage drop im just doing steps for future upgrades

well went to sams and they didnt have any agms,the wierdo there said they wernt any good so i left haha.. went to autozone and bought me a redtop as it was all i could find from like 5 places...

suggestions on which terminals to use? im currently using sides

yes i posted a picture above, i just havent installed it yet, only one i could find anywhere... $205 with tax

sams didnt have anything, and i tried like 3 other places.

u got burned by the autozone and sams employee...redtops and optimas in general are crap since they got bougjt out by johnson controls and moved to mexico.i find it hard to beoieve they didnt have any agms ...and autozone platinum duralast are the same as the duracell for 150.and are far better

sams had no agms, and either did autozone, autozone is where i bought this, are you saying the battery i had on the first page is better?

i find that hard to believe..every one ive ever walked in had those....ur new batt is a agm and better than the one u had but who knows how long it will last ..ive seen them crap out and stop holding charge ..but maybe u got lucky and got a good one ..if u were gona pay thst much u shoulda just ordered a xs3400

maybe u will get lucky but u wont find too many ppl who will reccomend them for car audio applications
