I have a Alpine CDE-123 with the KTP-445 4 channel amp tucked in the dash. I was looking at the Alpine CDE-HD149BT and the Pioneer DEH-80PRS. What's your take on these? Would I notice a change in sound quality?

Depends what speakers your running, or plan to run.

I have Polk audio DB6501 Comp. up front and the DB651 coaxials in the rear doors

Then the 80 prs you wouldn't be too happy with unless you had diff brand mids/tweets.

I would say prob not. Exp with same speakers and amp.
