Upgrade front set in Solara 99

My system:

HU: Pioneer avic-f90bt

Amps: Power acustics DV2-520 i think put it on front,

Sony xplod XM-SD51X rear.

Sub and sub-amp: Jl 12w6 JL 1400D or i have in garage sony 1x1000w(5 corner amp).

Now i'm thinking upgrade my front speakers and looking on ebay what we have from $130-230. Stock speakers in car JBL set in front and rear 6x9.

So i like all music from classic to techno, rap.

Give me advice what set have better quality:

I think order PIONEER TS-C720PRS.

2)Big defferent SQ PIONEER TS-C720PRS and PIONEER-TS-D720C or they almost the same.
