Odd that you I show no calls received on my cell phone nor was a message left...it wasn't Wednesday that we spoke, it was Tuesday...I emailed you Sunday, called left a message on Monday & called you back on Tuesday (which was when we spoke & you claimed you were going to c/b the next day which NO CALL WAS RECEIVED NOR WAS A MESSAGE LEFT) You could've just responded to my pm here w/the information which I requested but you didn't do that either...I have no problem giving my business to someone else & you have no problem not getting my business so it all works out...What I posted was MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE dealing w/Unexpected Creations, thats it...nothing more more, nothing less...I never claimed you did bad work (I wouldn't know 1st hand, I never got that far) you probably do very good work from what people have said here, which is why I tried to contact you in the 1st place...I don't think I'm belittling anyone in giving a negative review in "trying" to do business w/you & your company...there should be a certain level of customer service (before going into IT, I worked in a customer service industry for years) when dealing w/a business & I unfortunately didn't see that...for every person that had a poor experience, there is probably a bunch that will rave about you...I wish I was one of those people....alas, I am not
