..working 10hrs strait with no bathroom/food allowance is definitely something that would legally be defined as an unreasonable request, and "forcing" an employee to do so can be seen as blackmail. are you us citizen working in the us?

The OT issue is codified here. It depends if you are exempt or non-exempt on whether you get OT or not.

Depends what industry you are working in I guess....

Most and I stress this Most states have the Same Labor Laws... Either 1 hour lunch break... or 1 30min Lunch break, and 5min breaks at the end of each hour.

And it does not matter if the state is a right to work in or not. There has been lawsuits on this in every state so far so most have adopted the same Laws.

Holidays, OT etc.. depends on the State. Louisiana anything over 40 hours a week is automatic OT unless you sign a salary contract or a contract screwing yourself out of that. Holidays are exempt from this Unless you are of Foreign Breed.. or some other belief.

If you sign a contract that states you get no lunch break, thats what you get. Massachusetts requires lunches, but i had jobs where i didnt get them. People ***** because they didn't read the fine print. Gets old.
