any advice on the tweeter location would be greatly appricieated...............

try the kick panel location....there is a flat area that comes up besides the door edge....place the tweeters there as high as possible without structure interference ...criss cross your aiming...position drivers side aimed towards passenger head level and vice versa on mounting the tweeter on the passenger side...if not already make sure the stock dash tweeters are unhooked.....

sick..i live oahu but my grandma get one empty lot just past opaekaa falls and i'd love to move back to kauai after we build there..this place is a jungle..

i cut the hole out for the spider web today ( i still need to make the lip for it to sit on. It will probally be a little 1/8" lip that i will just tack in place and glue ) :

Heres the angle that the skulls will sit at:

i made the false floor into three pieces, so that if i ever need to access my amps it isnt to difficult. Or if i ever want to take the box out i dont have to smash/rip apart anything lol. first you put the speaker box in, next you put the skull panels/boxes in (they get pushed up against the box as tightly as possible ) the angle of the front panel of the skull pieces meets or is the same angle as the center piece (spider web ) so the line up perfectly //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

Didnt do to much today........... i just kind of played around with how the raised logo part of the spider web should look. i think i got it looking pretty good though : ) before i had it stretching all the way across the false floor(which i thought looked kind of wierd because it looked like it was going to continue and to me it didint look to much like a spider web ) i just felt it was kind of too stretched and the last loops of the web were to close to the edge of the false floor.........

before (looks kind of cool from this angle but in person it looked kinda weird to me ):

With subs in (not mounted just sitting in there new house ) and obviously when i cut the raised logo out of the vinyl it will be more accurate lol. :

I also put some new weather stripping on along the trunk (this one was much better than the stuff from home depot) i got it closing real solid and tight:
