Undercover Cops

im pretty sure a lawyer could argue that it was entrapment. just like when they do ************ stings. the guy has to solicit the girl, the undercover cant approach the vehicle and ask if they want ***........ hell in a few states most of those "to catch a predator" guys got off because it was considered entrapment.

even something as serious as a dui a friend of mine got off because the judge ruled it was entrapment. long story short my friend left the bar. a cop was sitting in the bar parking lot waiting for people to leave so he could then pull them over. he got pulled over, was obviously drinking and got a dui. all charges dropped due to entrapment.

now before i get flamed yes my friend was a moron and yes he deserved a dui. he shouldnt of been drinking and driving.

dude, this is fail. I don't believe this story at all tbh. You would look stupid trying to race a vette with a camaro dude, plus anything over like 100 is enough to get you locked up.

FAIL

That's not entrapment. Someone revving their engne did not force you to race.
It's not entrapment as long as the cop doesn't go over the speed limit. The fact that the cop actually raced and got to 110 before pulling him over is entrapment and he would be able to fight that charge and win it.

That's the same as buying drinks for a girl at a bar, taking her home and having ***, and then being arrested for soliciting a ********** because you gave her a monetary gift.

What year 'Vette was it?QUOTE]
It was late 90's. And It has Illinois Plates, so I figured it wasnt a cop, being that I'm in Indiana, and wtf is a illinois cop driving a squad car a state away doing? but nooooo. Ft Wayne police buddy.

It might be different in your state, but all the michigan plates I see have this.

Just like the Y in that plate for non-profit, government plates always have an x.

Yeah, a friend of mine was driving her 75 Vette Stingray (drool) across the Buckman bridge in Jacksonville (3.5 mi long). At the end of the bridge, the right lane turns into an exit only, so she starts trying to get over so she doesn't have to exit. Well, every time she would speed up or slow down to get over, the car next to her would stay next to her, blocking her. So, since she was in a badass Corvette with a 454, she put the hammer down... and the car next to her flipped its lights on and pulled her over for doing 90 in a 65.

Ain't right.

Cops in Illinois are now riding around in seized vehicles carching people up. I saw a dodge caravan with flashing lights in it. Everybody got used to seeing the bubble caprice and crown vics. They have to switch it up.
