Unable to Install Car Radio - Which Connector?

Hi All,

I'm having lots of trouble installing this system to a 2003 Mercedes Benz!

1) It requires an optical fiber system, but I'm not sure which connector of 3 to use. The box included all 3 with no instructions. (picture below)

2) When able to use one connector, it no longer works once entirely set up.

Can someone please help? Many thanks in advance!

Pretty specific question. You may need to visit a Benz forum for a vehicle specific answer.  This forum is general and vehicle specific answers relies on someone with the same vehicle seeing and replying.  

The downside to the foreign head units is a total lack of support. 

I don't see an input on the head unit for optical.  Is there one?
