radio connector

Hi All, I'm having lots of trouble installing this system to a 2003 Mercedes Benz! 1) It requires an optical fiber system, but I'm not sure which connector of 3 to use. The box included all 3 with no instructions. (picture below) 2) When able to use one connector, it no longer works once...
