Ultra Amp for the Highs?

Tomorrow I am buying some Phoenix Gold Octane R 6.5 comps.. they are 70 watts rms at 4 ohms.. I have some Memphis 6x9 Coaxils that i will be droppin in this weekend that are 5-70watts RMS i think.. and I was gonna grab a cheap amp to power this set..

What you guys think about this lil cheap amp,, I think its a good price, and as long as it does decent power i think i will be happy.. Please review

and No Kicker amp suggestions.. I dont have the budget for that.. I just need something to improve some soundz
