Ultimate Sound?, anyone familiar with them?

I have a couple 10 inch Ultimate Reflex subwoofers that I aquired through a trade, was told they are nice subwoofers...I found 1 place on the internet that sells them for 170 a piece. Anyone know anything about this company and their rep?
