I don't think Puffy is even worth half a billion. No way in hell Nick Cannon is worth that much. Jay-Z is worth $400 million (according to VH-1). It would be a shock to see Nick Cannon even in the vicinity of these two.

For better reference, there are hedge fund managers that make ~$5M/per day. Even if it is $500M, it isn't very much money. More than I will have, sure. But not compared to top people in better industries.

But the same has been done the other way around. There are hiring agents who will choose white candidates over the black one as well. The black candidate would have to be overqualified to be considered. It's like this... say they both want to go to Harvard. Money aside, the black man has to be a straight A student while the white man is a B student. The black man has to have a society contributing family, which is hard to find in a ghetto black neighborhood. The family has to have outstanding credit. There are so many things that can hold blacks back.
It is no different for a poor white family, but seeing as the majority of blacks are not filthy rich, they are held less opportunities.

This is bullshit. Affirmative Action, quotas, quests for diversity have all but turned this around. Even with state schools, the qualifications (at least here in TN) for full scholarships is lower for minorities than for whites. Perhaps as an attempt to "reverse" past racial profiling...even still, blacks have an easier time securing scholarships if grades are the same. With that being said, upon graduation, I am certain the black student will have a much more difficult time finding a high paying job.

They aren't just beliefs. They are very real. I don't expect you to understand, if you haven't been on the recieving end of it. It's not wrong at all. The problem is that people fail to see the struggle that blacks go through day to day. Some of it is brought on by them, and others are just a product of being black. It's a grey line to discern the difference between the two, but it's out there. I'm not saying that every event in racially driven, but there has been some that are. Whites make fun of the events and try to dismiss it, citing that the blacks are just trying to pull the race card. That is not always the case.
The only problem that I have is when white people like BIG_SUPERMAN72 feel as though they are superior to another race.

When the requirements consist of a specific GPA and ACT score, I don't see your logic. Are you suggesting that it is somehow more difficult for a black person to get a 29 than a white person? now for the truly ignorant of the ca.com community, I've pulled out my Webster's dictionary to define racism since the word is being VERY BADLY MISUSED in this thread and many other.

Whites allow superiority all the time? When whites move out of neighborhoods out of fear of blacks, or lock the car doors, etc, that is a display of fear. This fear can create a sense of superiority. Sure, it based on the threat of violence, but either way...when you consciously make an effort to avoid another person specifically because of race, you are giving up a part of your own self-respect.

Basically Nick Cannon got mad at Em for talking about his wife Mariah and calls Eminem a racist Nazi who profited off of making fun of women and the African American race in general lol. And he's going to set him straight and put him in his place apparently.

If all races are truly equal, then it is not harder for a black person (or any other minority, for that matter) to score a 29. If everyone wants to be treated equally, they have to take the good and the bad. The higher standards, being the biggest one. Now, I realize you're not a "stereotypical" black person. You seem pretty well versed and articulate. I'm sure you don't have any problem meeting higher standards. Know what I mean?

Unfortunately, most of the white people I've seen move out of neighborhoods because of rising minorities are middle to lower-middle class families. Statistically, the crime rates are higher in areas which are predominantly inhabited by minorities (Kinda contradicting, huh?). Personally, I don't like living in the ghetto areas of town, because they do have higher crime rates, and I don't have time for my shit getting messed with. That's not to say that whites don't commit crimes, vandalize shit, etc...

I avoid people. People I don't like, people who are drug addicts, people I don't get along with. Does that make me a bad person? No. I'm just preventing confrontation.
