I was born and lived in canada for 16 years and I loved it. Now I live in the US and I love it here and its a pretty safe bet that I won't ever move back, mainly cause it is expensive to live up there.

i'd say the USA.

The USA does have it's negatives but the positives completely out weight them..

Canada is borring and a few years behind. Everything in Canada can be had in the US but better..
