Mark (speakerman) is gonna be at dB drag finals for the MECA show (OH state finals) there. You can see his setup and other MECA competitors. I think a few other teammates will be there competiting too.

MECA finals is down in Nashville Oct. 29-30. SPL, reality (headrest), and driveby (possibly the coolest event). So much stuff going on, it's VERY good times.

Yeah, i could see that.

But since MECA is a newcomer around there, i could see that happening. I mean, just imagine how the first dB drag shows were ran? There's a few SLAP shows around here that are ran very poorly too.

in the US by members meca is bigger than db drags by a substantial margin at that. db drags gets/got the coverage as its older and more recignized due to manufacturer support. if anyone remembers the starting of db drags they were the "other thing" that went on at iasca and usac shows lol. i wouldnt knock either they are very different and for a reason if you read the rules you would see why.

Can't find anything for Drag...only thing I came across is 776 shows held so far in 2005.

dB Drag has more then 2x the shows in September then MECA does also. I can't find any actual #'s though as far as competitors.
