Whats the Lowest you should tune a port of a box?

Not bad tuning it low other than the loss of output i'd imagine. but playing a woofer @ 20 Hz in a 20hz tuned box might be bad for some that aren't meant to play that low

For music, anything lower than 27Hz is somewhat pointless...especially in a vehicle where the natural rolloff is going to exaggerate the low end response anyway.

At home, for home theatre, tuning to 15Hz isn't unheard of, as there are movie soundtracks with the LFE track recorded that low.

I'd figure 1/2 octave below the FS of the sub would be overkill.
