not really.... they dont wang until you start giving them their MAX POWA

800 a piece should be fine even though they can take alot more

it wont be 800 a piece because of box rise. get the 2 dvc and wire it at 0.5 ohms to maximize the amp.

i am going to be running 1200 watts to one type R 12''.

but then a guy was burning up 15'' type R's with the bxi 1606d.

but with that setup you will be just fine.

You got any videos of your setup regal8r? Hows it do? that's the exact setup I'm thinking of running and Ill be buying the amp within this week so I need to make a choice. It's either a bxi2006 or a bxi1606.
