type r vs pg rsd

Are they both about the same. My friend told me that the rsd will get lower than the r and sound good doing it. Is this true. Anyone had experience with both of these subs.

thanks man. I had heard that the rsd got low. I knew the r's were loud but i did not know if they were low end monsters or not.

I have always heard that the R's lare good on the low end and lack the higher notes....

rsds will prolly sound a lot better, but prolly wont get as loud

2 RSD12's will wreck type R's in my opinion.

if you got 600-1000rms, get the rsdc's, they'll blow your world away for the little money you've paid...

not sayin the regular rsd's couldn't take that kind of power or are not great subs already, they're beasts...
