Type R specs sheet question

Hey guys, I bought my Type R's today and decided to check out the spec sheet. I bought two 12 inch 4Ohm's.

The 10" version has a frequency response of 26-600Hz

The 12" version has a frequency response of 25-500Hz

First question, does this mean that the 10" hits almost as low as the 12"? By 1Hz?

Secondly, looking at the top range, is 100Hz a big deal if one is going for SQ? I am contemplating exchanging my 12's for 10's. 100Hz seems like a much bigger deal than the 1Hz on the low end.

Thanks!

I did actuall think about that for a moment. I usually set my amps at around 80hz. I wasn't sure if that was the same thing as freq response.

Thank you!
