Sold Type R 12"

So a friend of mine gave me this Type R and box thing for a little deal.

It has like 2 days worth of play with 500watts goin to it. now im not sure if i should keep it or sell it. retail price for new is 330 so i was thinking 250 forsale. Its like new so i would think its a good deal. anyone in longisland ny would wanna buy cause i need atleast 250 cash. Any suggestions on what to do with it would be great.

It's going to be tough to sell it for $250 mainly because most people like to build their own boxes, and the sub itself is not worth $250. I'd suggest keeping it because its a beast with good SQ.

from what i hear that is a decent sub, a better box would give you alot better sound

well right now My set up is

2yellow tops

180amp alt

2 Hifonics 1800bx

two 12"XXX

in a box tuned to 35 Hz

so i spent all a lot of money on that set up and i dont wanna replace it for this single sub....

accroding to the alpine site it says

Target Retail Price US $330.00/CN $499.00

so if i can find a sucker around here in NY say the box with sub is 500 bucks just not mention that its 500bucks in canadian money not american i can get more than what i really need.

best of luck to you selling it man, you are gonna have to find someone pretty slow to drop 500$ on a box and a single 12, even though that is a pretty decent sub. Good Luck
