I'm gonna pick up another can of textured paint, some white, and some more satin black tomorrow and try to finish the paint. I think I'm gonna do an RE in white on the front center on the gray. It really came out nice, and destroys the lows.it did turn out really nice man. can't wait to see a vid and it all painted up
well unless you wanna just try to go through the sub holes and use some pipe cutters/dremels/etc. and try to cut a little off, I think you are going to probably have to take the top off and cut them that way... idk it's going to be pretty hard to seperate the pieces now. Thanks man, I'm doing alright if you think its good haha.

This box seriously makes my old box wanna //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crying.gif.ec0ebefe590df0251476573bc49e46d8.gif... The box is so rigid and solid, there is absolutely no port noise, even with the inside not flared and so close to the baffle. I'd like to try and take 3/4" off the ports to help the air and bring the tuning up a slight bit. any suggestions as how to do that lol //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif?
yeah, I mean it is possible to cut them, just be careful. You don't want some jaggie, uneven edges or you will most likely induce some nasty port noise. Might have to break out one side and then just get a small piece of MDF or some scrap to rebuild that side entirely.Ya I think I'm just gonna slowly dremel them and see. If not, like i said, it sounds amazing, and will look better then my last box. I figure the tuning is more around 30 ish, I cam up with something like 29.8Hz.
Most likely what i'm gonna do. Thinking about a logo, i know its crappy but you get the idea.... what do you think of this? White or black?I would just leave it tuned that low lol. You will have a flatter response that way.

Hmm I don't think I quite understand what you mean?I vote you get a piece of tagboard and then glue a printed logo on top of it. Use a razor blade and carefully cut out the design making a stencil and do that in white over the black. As long as you can cut slowly and have a pretty steady hand it will look great.
Ok if I were going to add the RE logo, I would make a stencil and paint the stencil white over the black paint on the box. To make a stencil, print out a picture of the logo. Go to office max and buy a piece of tag board... it's thicker than paper, but not as thick as cardboard. It might also be called poster board i think. Then glue the logo on top of the poster board. Take a razorblade and cut along the lines of the design. Cur where all of the white it in your picture. Then you will have effectively made a stencil. Tape the stencil onto your box with some scotch tape and spray it with some white paint.Hmm I don't think I quite understand what you mean?
