It's ready for testing, but not ready to finish. I'm still not sure how I want to paint it, but i know im scratching carpet. Heres what I got done this evening.

The bondo makes it look like crap, but it'll even a lot of stuff out for painting, and make the transfer from flare to port smooth. I'm gonna hook it up tomorrow before i finish the bondo and paint it to see how it sounds.

Oh and terminal cup is in the back left corner as well, It looks nice and pretty tough. What do yall think?

Looks like port area wont be a problem, I guarantee you'll enjoy your SE's I have 2 10" SR's on a sundown 1000d and they hammer (in a trunk car)

Thanks guys, picked up some more textured paint, some satin black, and sand paper so I can try to get some paint on later. But I really wanna test it out haha. I'll let yall know

Unfortunately, 2 1/2".... It tuned it lower then I wanted, closer to 29 Hz.. Pics uploading... Looks took some priority this time, and to make it look appealing from the front, I had to raise the ports another 1" off the bottom piece, so they were gonna be 3 1/2" but now they're 2 1/2"... its cool though, Its a lot louder already and sounds very nice.

This is just a test of what its gonna be painted, I'm gonna spray the whole thing with the textured gray, then pain the current black strip again so it'll be textured black.

I like it. Dude, did you put extra suport for the ports insde the box? with all that pressure and flow, those suckers will come loose quick. I think you should make some sort of insignia and slap it on the front. Like your initials or the R E insignia.

Thanks man, ya theres support between them and liquid nails. Ya I'm thinking about doing the RE logo in white. I think it'll look sweet once its all done.

I ran some numbers and tunings more like 30 + or - a bit. If i can think of a way to shorten the ports about 3/4" i will, if not, it still hammers like no other for 1200 watts. I'll try to get some vids in the next few days or so.
