Two Apline Type S, current amp clips out.. what amp to buy?

Hey guys, I've got two Apline Type S installed in my RAV4, in a ported box. I'm running them both from a single 400wrms pioneer amp, and they clip out before they get bumpin.

I was thinking, would powering them at 400w compared to 600w make much of a difference? I was thinking to buy one of these two amps:

Alpine MRP-M650 (second hand, as it's discontinued)

Sony XM-ZZR3301

Which do you think would be better? If you don't think any of these two would be sufficient, then any suggestions on what to use? My budget is $300aud.
