Two amps or One

I have a kicker 750.1 running 2 12's and im upgrading it to 1500rms

Would it be better to sell the 750.1 and buy a 1500.1, or buy another 750.1 and link them together with RCA's and power each sub from own amp.. Maybe the subs would be recieving different power, not sure.

I am not sure if this even works, but i drew a nice picture to show what im thinking.. worth doin all that? or just buy a new 1500.1

whats the route where you spend less money? and the subs voice coils are what?

1 amp = less wiring, easier to install

2 amps = incase one breaks you can still use the other until it gets fixed/replaced

cheaper 50$ to go 2 amps, but much clutter.

as long as they are identical amps and you have gains set properly theyll get the same power.
