better look used .if i were you i's sell the amp you have locally on craigslist ,get a better amp ,look for used if your budget is only 250 for the pair.but you still may need to get more cash for 2 15's

im not a fan of kicker but. u could get the 15 inch kicker cvr for around 250 ish new. thats 1000 rms with both.

with 250 is cheap for 2 fifteens. if u can do more like 350ish maybe less. u can get 2 15 power acoustik mofo each sub is 1500 rms. or i say audio pipe i found 2fifteens. its 2000 rms for 287.

2 ssa dcon 15s. They will peform better than ALL of the subs mentioned so far. The Audiopipes above might be a little louder, but the Dcons will have better sq than any 15 under $200 new.
