two 12" kickers, 1500 rms ok?

Alright I have my two 12" kicker cvrs. i was wondering if 1500 wrms was too much for my two cvrs or should i go with 1200 wrms or 1000wrms? The box will be ported, 4.0 cf at around 32hz.

i wouldnt do no more than 1200 at the very most maybe not even that.. they only hold 800 watts full power

Thankz for the quick reply. yeah 1500 rms may be too much. I just read that they're only 400rms a piece.

ya 1500 would prolly blow them in no time at all... like i said i would do 1000rms it will make the sub last alot longer lol... no problem
