no i haven't been in it to long but I know it takes double that to get close to 160 and double that to get 163ish so i was being optimistic given the small suv.

You would be hard pressed to find anybody doing 160+ under 50hz. 160db systems that play music are vans or big SUV's just to hold amps and batteries. No ******* way he's doing that with 30hz tuning. I agree with Twisted, you would be happy to see 150 @ 30HZ.

dpuble the power or cone surface area does not mean 3DB.. thats MYTH.. its not even a good rule of thums.. in the lower power ranges ya.. in my truck i gaind .8 from doubling power 6k to 12k.. but im in the upper 50s.. higher you get the harder it is to gain.. he knows what hes doing.. he will get alot out of it.. I cant wait to see what number is does.. i love loud daily low end monsters

ill be there if i can kleep my amps out of protect.. lol.. need some box work.. at 58.1 now @44 and just 2 ohms.. protecty at .5 but definately 60s.. take alot of work time and money to do it though.. im tuned at 38 not 30.. big difference.. 150@30 will be awesome if he hits it and i think he will get it
