Twisted vs Paired Speaker Cable

paired, twisted is ftl. i bought twisted once and i will never do it again.

I used twisted when it first came out and that is a royal pain in the *** to stuff out of the way. Furthermore, I couldn't hear a difference!

I have rolls of both and to listen to I notice no difference at all

but it's a pain in the *** to work with and it is harder to hide than

the regular strand.

personally i wouldn't buy twisty again unless it was the only option

i just replaced my paired with twisted and barely notice a difference, it might be a slight bit clearer when cranked way loud but i also just replaced a blown doorspeaker lol.. i only replaced the RCA's because i broke the tip off one wire

lots of interesting stuff on that page (although its mainly for home audio). i plan on doing something similar.....but only because im broke and i have 700 ft. of cat5 laying around, LOL.

Twisted FTW - i love Stinger HPM series twisted and its works great. It took about 5 seconds to get that extra casing off and its just as flexible as paired.

I used Cat-5 to lengthen my Headphone jack to RCA and S-Video for my PC.

It rocks.
