I know, thats why I am buying this weekend....lol

But the Synergy is on sale usually $549
In all honesty the twisted ts1.3k is comparable to that synergy cause it does 1500 certified... That 1.8 will be putting you well into the 2ks that's why I'm gonna get one to replace the 2200.1d Orion amp cause it's of equal output and probably built of better components

May've missed it, but why are you replacing it?

Come on, man. You've been here long enough. You know you're not gaining anything except a $400 hole in your wallet. Your amp should be solid, no way you'll hear any difference.
To be honest i am hoping to get better SQ from another amp. This sundown does what its intended for and thats put out wattage. And I would only lose about $100. Cause I can sell this sundown easily. I may be barking up the wrong tree. May buy one of these and still not get what I am looking for. But I will never know unless I try.

I strongly advise against that. You're running a 1.5kW amp at 2 ohms. You're not using it to its full potential. If your box is right, I'd get another sub and run it at 1 ohm if I were you. You're looking for more power, that's what will be your SQ. There's a debate about SQ as far as mid/high amps go, but as far as subs...no way. Good damping and power is all you need. Reliability doesn't hurt either. The sub and enclosure is what determine SQ, the amp just needs to provide plenty of juice.
