Tweeters??

Where would i put tweeters at on a 1987 Chevy Monte Carlo SS? I dont really want to put holes anywhere.

or use mounting hardware that came with the tweeters and just do what my friend did. glue a peice of wood behind the door panel, screw the mounting hardware on the doorpanel into that wood behind the panel and then put the tweeter in the mounting cup. easy.

You can buy component speakers that have the tweet mounted to the mid like co axes, my mbq are like that, as well as the boston pro 60. If you already have the tweets, you can try mounting them in your air vents or on your dash with velcro. Its been awhile since Ive seen the inside of a monte, I owned a ss in '89, that was a long time ago. You can figure something out.

hot melt glue gun and put em anywhere you want, a lil paint and your done.

also, you could buy coax speakers.

You could run a plumbing strap across the front of the mid and mount the tweeter to it.
