Tweeter question

my tweets are cutting out at louder volumes, and i really like the highs. i was thinkin about getting a 2 tweets, but i want them to sound good and still be loud enough. any recommendations? i will prolly have to amp them. so maybe 2 that would run off of 75-100 watt rms.
