tweeter placement in 2000 jimmy

I've been reading on where to place my tweeters in my 2000 GMC Jimmy SLE (4door).

I've been seeing the spots are near the side view mirrors on the A pillar, or in the kickplates pointing up and to opposite sides of the car.

I know there are plenty of opinions out there, so let me have them.

They're image dynamic ctx65cs components powered by a jl audio 300/2 amp.
