id say the kickpanels or if that is not an option go for the A-Pillars

use some duct tape and position them in various mounting options and come to a conclusion....it has to be a personal choice, sometimes OEM locations are not great for some aftermarket speaks

Depends nearly completely on the set you buy, find a set you are interested in and find the manual, usually either flush (cut a hole) or surface mounted (stick em on there).
