tweeter location

i have a comp. set for my crx and was wondering if i should mount the tweet in the mid or at another location for best sound.

they came with a mount for the center of the woofer.

it would be easier and i wouldn't have to hack my door panel.

but i've always liked tweets on my pillars.

What type of tweeter? by that I mean, is it soft material or metal material tweeter.

If its a soft type, aim them at you. If its metal type, try to aim them lets say to the center of the windsheild.

ok it's metal, but i've always used peizo tweets and love the highs they produce.

should i just ditch these tweets and put piezos on my pillars LOL.

Hey if you like those tweets, put them in and see how they sound with that setup. Worst case scenario, just pop in the other ones. Shouldnt be a big deal at all.
