if you buy and never have trouble with the product, they are fine, but if something ever breaks and you want to wearranty exchange it, forget it...my amp is taking more than 3 months already

i bought an alarm from them a wile back and 2 months later had to file complaint with pay-pal to get refund.

but i did get a refund.

they kept telling me it had been shipped, then finally they said it was on back order.
